1. About us
ScreenSpot operates a network of digital advertising screens in venues across Banja Luka. By using this website or booking advertising, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings and payment
Advertising is sold per screen, per month. A booking is confirmed once payment is received — currently by bank transfer against an invoice. Prices are shown in KM and include PDV where stated.
3. Advertising content
You are responsible for the content you submit. We review every ad before it goes live and may reject content that is illegal, misleading, or inappropriate.
4. Availability
We aim to keep screens running but do not guarantee uninterrupted display. If a screen is offline for an extended period, we will arrange a fair remedy.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ScreenSpot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the advertising service.
